This is a Waterman fountain pen.
I believe the model name is Forum.
Probably not sold in Japan.
The nib width is marked with a small "F" on the nib. The body is resin, and the color is navy blue (it could almost pass for black) x white. The clip is gold.
After lightly cleaning the nib with warm water, I inserted a Waterman Serenity Blue genuine cartridge and tested it, and it wrote without any problems.
There are some scratches on the body from use.
There appears to be a line on the inside of the cap, but it is not a crack.
No name is engraved.
The pen tray in the photo is not included. Only the pen will be sold, with the test cartridge inserted.
Please consider the above before purchasing.
